MY STORY SO FAR

I have practiced yoga as a form of exercise for over 20 years.  It helped me relax and become more body confident.  More recently, I felt I wanted to learn more, and enrolled in my teacher training at The House of Yoga in Putney.  This experience transformed my life.  From someone holding back from living life fully, afraid to show my true self, I am now on a journey of transformation, growing in confidence and contentment through the practice of yoga.

I now balance teaching yoga with my other day jobs: Architect at MAA Architects and mum of two boys.  However I feel before teaching a class, I always feel invigorated afterwards, having been able to pass on some of the transformational effects of yoga to others.  I still feel nervous before a class, as everyone secretly does, but I have discovered that I love to teach.
